We
invite your immediate attention to OVA's Women's Projects
2008, the proposal for
The Journey of Women's Rights.
“Now
is the time for all women to open their voices, pens and
purses.” (Martha Coffin Wright, 1848) Use this
opportunity to take up your pen, open your purse, write the
check and participate. Bring your voice to
The Journey of Women's Rights and
sign the Declaration of Sentiments, Seneca Falls, NY, July
20, 2008. Let's make
Herstory together
and send a message of equality, health, and freedom around
the world.
Please
forward this proposal to friends, associates, sisters, and
brothers both for donations and as an invitation to
participate. “We are the ones we have been waiting
for.” (from a Hopi prophesy and a poem for South
African Women by June Jordan).
